Actual Corinna samples, who would have thought it?!  Hahaha..

I started anew last July, so all my old samples are new again!

20 minutes left for today – here is a quick sample from a class I taught..  wow..  a while ago.  Enjoy!

I usually add my personal touch to posts, but rarely do I post something personal (know what I mean, jellybeans?).  This past weekend, I ran the Run4Hope 10K.  It is a community event.  Last Thursday, the weather said it was going to be 30 degrees on Sunday.  Now, I sweat in 0 degree weather, so 30 scared me!  It ended up being 8 degrees!!!  As much as I am sorry that the vast majority of the GTA would have preferred 30, us runners were happy with the 8 degrees (could have rained a little less, but still!).

I ran my best time, but it was only my 4th time running that far.
